Graduate Curriculum and Policy
The Graduate Curriculum and Policy Committee is an integral part of the University's shared governance system. The Committee meets monthly to set direction and establish an agenda for enhancing graduate education at Minnesota State Mankato. The Committee also reviews graduate curriculum proposals and advises the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Research about graduate school policies and issues affecting graduate education.
In the fall of 2011, the faculty members of the Graduate Sub Meet created documents to assist with Writing Student Learning Outcomes and Distinguishing 4xx/5xx Level Courses when creating graduate curriculum proposals. The University's Curriculum Design System (CDS) can be found here.
