Pick up the Application for Graduation and Recommendation for Awarding the Degree Forms at the Office of the College of Graduate Studies and Research, 115 Alumni Foundation Center; or, access the forms on the Graduate Studies website.
Additional Notes:
IRB proposals are to be submitted and approved prior to starting research projects.
The Written Comprehensive Examination Request and Report forms, if required by the department, are due by the end of the semester of graduation.
CSP students should check with the CSP Department for details of submission of their Alternate Plan Papers.
Students completing other Capstone Experiences such as Creative Projects, Portfolios, etc. should check with their respective departments for due dates of those items.
