Abstract Submission Guidelines

Student Studying in CSU

2008/2009 Guidelines

  1. URC abstracts should be no longer than 250 words excluding the title and author information.
  2. It should be typed in Times New Roman with a font size of 12
  3. The titles should be bolded.
  4. The presenter(s) name should be directly under the title with the department afterwards in parentheses.
  5. The mentor name should be directly underneath the presenters name(s) followed by "Faculty Mentor" and their department all in italics.
  6. Abstracts should be written in past tense.
  7. Your faculty mentor must approve your abstract.
  8. Every presentation must have an approved abstract.
  9. Submit your Application to Present to the Graduate Assistant in the Research and Sponsored Programs Office (Wigley Administration 325) by TBD.
  10. Submit your abstract via e-mail to the Graduate Assistant (urc@mnsu.edu) with " YourLastname– URC Abstract Submission" in the subject line.

This application is due to the URC office by TBD.

Application to Present for Off Campus students
[PDF] Off-Campus Application (23 KiB)
This application must be post marked by TBD.
